Shipping policy

We have many of our concrete items in stock which will be shipped within 2-3 working days - if we need to make an order for you we will notify you immediately as it will take 7-10 working days. Our current lead time is approx. 4-5 working days for our wood homewares. If you need an item urgently just drop us an email at info@sarus.uk to check.

UK customers - items are sent out via evri standard delivery or Royal Mail tracked 48 service which usually arrives within 2-4 working days.
International customers - we send our parcels using Royal Mail international service.
PLEASE MAKE SURE TO LEAVE US YOUR CONTACT PHONE NUMBER FOR TRACKING PURPOSES UPON PLACING YOUR ORDER.

International customers are responsible for all import/customs/local tax fees that may be incurred upon receipt of your package. If you are returning an item from outside the UK, please clearly mark the package 'RETURNED GOODS' otherwise customs charges could be incurred which will be deducted from your refund.

UK delivery - if you've been waiting a week from dispatch, please get in touch.
International delivery - we are still seeing some delays, please get in touch if your international delivery hasn't arrived within 3-4 weeks.
